• Standard withdrawals are typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (WR) — typically 15x to 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• Bonus balance must be used on eligible games — not all games contribute to bonus wagering.
• A member may not claim the same bonus more than once.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bat999 reserves the right to void bonuses if bonus abuse or irregular betting patterns are detected.

9 Account Suspension & Termination

Bat999 may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If the terms and conditions are violated
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more)
• Suspicious betting or payment activity
• Self-Exclusion at Member's Request

Members are generally notified before an account is closed. However, in cases of serious violations, action may be taken without prior notice.
